1 , imported gear pump KCB-135 should be fitted with a filter , usually through the filter of the largest particles less than 0.1mm.

2 , check the unit and the connecting portion is fixed firmly ; connection check suction pipe sections and joints are sealed instrument .

3 , to check whether the coupling between the gap and a strict control of the two axes, the coupling should not exceed the outer runout 0.05mm, the coupling end surface runout should not exceed 0.1mm.

4 , the first starting working medium should be filled within the first gear pump KCB-135 .

5, the inlet check valve and the suction path of the discharge line of the exhaust valve is fully open .
