(1) Works
Drive gear with internal teeth (outer rotor) driven by the rotor in the fully enclosed in the same direction as the rotation of the pump body, pump and front cover of the crescent plates separated by suction and discharge ports. When rotated, a negative pressure in the suction port, the liquid is sucked into the rotor to the liquid discharge outlet, the pump discharge pressure to complete the delivery of the liquid.
(2) structure
Figure 1, the pump inside and outside the main rotor shaft, pump, front cover, trailers, seals, bearings and other components. Sealed with mechanical seals and packing of the two forms, for high temperature, high viscosity and corrosive media, the choice of packing.
When transporting materials crystallize on the front cover and the pump can be designed with insulation jacket, steam heat to melt through work.
