Overview:
NYP high viscosity within ratcheting rotor pump is based on the demand for petroleum, chemical, paint and other industries , research and development of new positive displacement pump , because the product may use different materials and its unique structure , it is widely applicable to different nature, different medium transport viscosity.
For medium temperature : -10 ℃ ~ 200 ℃ (NYP0.78 and NYP2.3 applicable temperature of -10 ℃ ~ 80 ℃)
Medium viscosity : 1.0cSt ~ 300000cSt (NYP0.78 and for medium viscosity NYP2.3 is 1.0cSt ~ 10000cSt)
1 , it works:
A drive gear having internal teeth ( outer rotor ) driven fully enclosed within the rotor in the same direction as the rotation of the pump body , the pump body and the front cover plate of the crescent so spaced from the inlet and the outlet . When rotated, a negative pressure in the suction port , the liquid is sucked into the rotor to the liquid discharge outlet , the pump discharge pressure to complete the delivery of the liquid.
2 , the structure:
There are internal and external pump rotor , shaft, pump , front cover , brackets, seals, bearings and other components. Sealed with mechanical seals and packing in two forms , for high temperature, high density and viscosity corrosive media , the choice of packing.
When transporting materials crystallize on the front cover and the pump can be designed with insulation jacket , steam heat to melt through work . Pump can be equipped with a safety valve when the pump or piping system overpressure valve opens, the formation of internal reflux to ensure system security.
Pumping means by the pump , motor and base composition . Transmission has a direct bridge linking two.
Overhang from the spindle end to the pump to see , for the clockwise rotation.
NYP high viscosity within ratcheting rotor pump advantages:

2 , has a strong self-absorption properties.
3 , the correct selection of parts and materials , can transport a variety of corrosive media , temperature up to 200 ℃
4 , the same inside and outside of the rotor turning , small abrasion , long service life.
5 , the pump speed and flow linear function , may be appropriate to change the speed to change the pump flow .
6 , especially for transporting highly viscous media.
